                Important: By using any services provided by Dashboard Team (including but not limited to SyncSink and related applications), you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
            

1. Service Provision

Dashboard Team provides various software services and applications on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or functionality of our services.

2. Limitation of Liability

Dashboard Team, its operators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:

Any data loss, corruption, or unavailability that occurs while using our services
Any interruptions, delays, or errors in service delivery
Any consequences resulting from the use or inability to use our services
Any security breaches or unauthorized access to your data
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data and for any consequences resulting from your use of our services.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

Maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials
Backing up their own data regularly
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
Using the services in a lawful and appropriate manner

4. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of the services.

5. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, security, or policies of these third-party services.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dashboard Team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Privacy Policy

                Privacy Commitment: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
            

1. Data Collection

We do NOT collect, store, or retain any tracking data, analytics, or personal browsing information.

The only data we may temporarily access includes:

Authentication tokens required for OAuth integration with Google and Microsoft services
Calendar data that you explicitly authorize us to access for synchronization purposes
Technical logs necessary for service operation and error debugging (automatically purged regularly)

2. Data Usage

Any data accessed by our services is used exclusively for:

Providing the core functionality of calendar synchronization
Authenticating your access to third-party services
Debugging and resolving technical issues

We do NOT:

Sell, rent, or share your data with third parties
Use your data for advertising or marketing purposes
Track your behavior or create user profiles
Retain your data longer than necessary for service operation

3. Data Storage and Security

Authentication tokens are encrypted and stored temporarily in memory during active sessions. We implement industry-standard security practices, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for:

Keeping your authentication credentials secure
Revoking access to our services through your Google/Microsoft account if desired
Understanding that data transmission over the internet carries inherent risks

4. Third-Party Data Processing

When you use our services to sync calendars, your data is processed by third-party services (Google, Microsoft, etc.) according to their respective privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies:

We do NOT use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or any third-party tracking mechanisms.

We may use strictly necessary session cookies for authentication purposes only. These cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser.

6. Data Deletion

To delete your data:

Revoke access through your Google Account or Microsoft Account settings
Any temporary session data will be automatically purged
Contact us if you need assistance with data deletion

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
